so here is how it goes, a while back my 300zx engine decides to catch fire :( and begin a long series of f'd up events leading up to last night, a few days later a buy a used 03 altima :) 2 months later i get fired for no f-n reason, my position goes to by bosses new son-in-law, i can't afford insurance on my new altima now, so i cancel insurance and surrender plates until i find a job, i find a late night job as a security guard for a construction site, which brings me to last night, im sitting in my altima on private property in a parking lot at 2:00am making sure no one steals anything when a cop pulls up and asks what im doing i tell him im a security guard for the construction site, he notices i have no plates and requests registration and proof of insurance when i don't have it he slaps me a $900 ticket, to my knowledge in the state of nevada a cop can't slap me a no insurance/registration ticket on private property, can anyone verify this for me, or lend a helpful suggestion???? thanks
