Nah not really, I just find the Ash versus Z1 "who stole what ecu first from whom" to be poetically humorous, and VERY entertaining.

"But I got a call from Gerhard Fuchs of Bell Intercoolers several months ago. He stated that you called him, raising cane and asking him for invoice dates of purchase for that FMIC that Z1 sells."

False, I had sent him an email requesting a copy of my invoice, no 'cane' was raised in the process, I assure you.

"Gerhard explicitly told you that the design was already made for Z1 several months before you ordered yours."

False again, he had told me that he had done business with Z1 before he had done business with me.... ie the todd reeves fmic (very different).

"He delighted in telling me of your colorful phone call where he 'put you into your place'."

I would love to know of the 'colorful' points of this phone call, as there was never a phone call on this matter, only email, and I couldnt note any malice in his tone of typing as you are trying to paint the picture of.

when I asked for my invoice he happily gave it to me, then in my reply email i carefully tiptoed into asking if the fmic on the pacemaker was made before I had them make mine.
he replied only with a vague statement of how he has done business with Z1 first. (todd reeves fmic again)
I could tell he didnt want to get into the matter so I left it at that.

and really to get down to it, the point I took issue with is not that you used a 2.5" piping setup with smaller howe double pass radiator and bell vertical 2 in 2 out setup which would be remarkably identical to mine, the point I take issue with is you tried to claim ownership of it as if it were your "proprietary design" and tried to set it up where people would have to go through Z1 in order to purchase the main components of this setup.

the FMIC is a gray area you can twist the truth on all day, but there is no debating that Jon from Z1 emailed me asking about that radiator and all the specs (which I was friendly and gave to him as I wasnt aware of Z1's horrible reputation of stealing ideas and claiming them as their own at the time)

but thats water under the bridge.

sorry, not trying to jack your thread, go ahead and get back to defending ownership of the Ashpec that you learned how to make by copying JWT maps.

Good day.
