I filed with my credit card company as well. I know it's not much and I still got a product, albeit, a used and misrepresented one, but it's the principle. I'm out to make this guy look like an ass since I can't get my money back. It's all about documentation, documentation, and documentation. If he leaves me negative feedback, he'll have to eat his words with all the emails that he sent me.
