Message "The Pacemaker", or "The Peacekeeper" or "The International Color of Black"... just kidding, Z1... onto the post... ;)

Recall my post on 12/22 about my Sport 500 build:

Car:
Black 1994TT 5-speed with 80k, built by Z Car Garage, tuned with the help of Seb and Greg Dupree, parts from CZP

Previous numbers: 300RWHP and 315RWTQ at 16psi, yet it clicked through the 1320' at 110mph. My G-tech runs were right around 112mph.
Only changes were the turbos and dual-POP

Modifications:
Sport 500 Turbos
JWT dual POP, ECU, and Genie Turbo Exhaust
3" Custom ZCG Divorced Stainless Steel Downpipes
S-AFC2 Air/Fuel Controller
Profec B Boost Controller
Stock: Bottom end, Manifold, Cams

4th gear dyno pulls
2 hours of dyno, 13 total pulls on this first go-around:

Dyno start time: 10:30am, 69.2F, RH=48%
Low boost (12psi)/base timing: Baseline run
367RWHP peak
356RWTQ peak @ ~3750RPM

AFR very rich above 4000RPM

With some clean-up, and a solid 11.5AFR:
375RWHP peak
357RWTQ peak @ ~3800RPM

Low boost before and after fuel management before richening up the AFR to move from 11.9:1 to 11.5:1:

This is fuel program 1 used on the S-AFC2, and is used for commuting to track events on 91 octane or general running around. Now for the 100 octane tune:

Current conditions: 74F, RH=38%
High boost (24psi)/base timing: Baseline run
466RWHP peak
506RWTQ peak @ ~4700RPM

High AFR -> Backoff on the boost and begin tuning with fuel and timing. A few runs later, my Z mammothed this curve:

22psi boost
489RWHP peak
525RWTQ peak @ ~4750RPM

Comparison:
Hi-boost baseline, RED (24psi - no tune) and tuned, BLUE (22psi):

Hi-boost, but a little richer for 12.0:1 AFR:

And to answer the question of exhaust cutouts making power or not (keep in mind I have no catalytic converters):
Open exhaust (cutouts open):

I ran a conservative 16ish psi at the Laguna Seca event I drove a few weeks ago with only 2 degrees of timing advance. I don't have a curve for this, but I presume it's somewhere around a conservative 400RWHP based on the surrounding numbers and conditions we were able to obtain data on.

Preliminary G-tech numbers increased from ~112mph trap speed to 125(!)mph trap speed. This is not a drag car, but I like to have the numbers for comparison purposes.

Thanks for reading,
SS
