| Porsche factory drivers were still faster in the GT2 than the GT3. Not by so much, but still faster around the 'ring... I would personally take a GT2, I can live with 200-300 more lbs, like an additional passenger that won't leave; that car can be a riot. GT3 is cool nonetheless, its actually funny, I'm probably more concerned with my TT than those couple thousand mile old GT3 owners. I tape my front end, don't spin etc. Just at my last track day, a red GT3 spun out at least 3-4 times in my group. And he was laughing about it with me! GT3 is a great car stock, but I still believe a properly updated TTZ (stage IVish, some suspension to give better alignment angles) with sufficient brakes wouldn't have a hard time doing what it could do or more. The GT3 could probably do it more painlessly, but it is $$$. Keep in mind it has high end brakes and pads from the factory, and competition tires out of the showroom.... Those two things would bring a stage III TTZ right on with that car. Come out to club Z in January. On a weekend, two days at Thill. We'd love to have you =)
