Why are stock slotted rotors crap? You arent going to be doing excessive speeds. Unless the motor build has changed you were talking about a stage 5 Z at the most. At that power range, upgrading to slotted or drilled brembos and adding steel braided lines should be more than enough stopping power. Spending $700 to $2,000 on Stoptechs is just bling, you dont need it. Save your money for other stuff man, a brembo kit with the braided lines in my opinion is more than enough for your set up. Even with the larger wheels. Not saying this is what you are doing, but dont make building your Z a competition to have the very best Z around. Because no matter how much you spend, someone else will have some nicer and newer within no time at all. You go down that path and you will end up selling your Z once you realize that fact. Build for personal happiness and use some logic while doing it, and I bet you own the Z for a lot longer. Just look at the people that tried to customize ever single part to the utmost, hardly any of them are around here anymore. Why, because they sold their Z's.
