Sounds like BS to me.... if you cut him so close... he'd either have had to slam on his brakes (which'd leave marks... mabye photograph intersection?) or pass your road and turn around to get you.... from what you said he just kind of turned in after you. Sounds to me like he just got rubbed wrong and that you really didn't brake any laws... study up on exactly what the laws are... ie... how much distance do you have to leave between you and oncoming cars to be deemed safe... mabye he just doesn't know shit about the laws. I'd get a lawyer and try to trip him up in court.
