Message	and they investigate it. If nothing is sent and the seller cannot prove it via a tracking number, then they pull the funds of of the seller's account and put them back in yours. I've done this TWICE because of those f**kers on ebay that think they can just run off and not send you what you paid for. It takes awhile, and it's a mess, but you get your $$ back.
