Message Just wanted to put an update out there for those of you with '93+ NAs and '95 TT's. A lot of those wanting to participate in the groupbuy that couldn't because of their ECUs architecture will soon be able to get the Ash-SPEC ECU-16 Upgrade.

The daughterboard has been in development for a little while and now she's an airborn bird. I couldn't be more pleased this fine December day to announce the upgrade's coming availability. Plans are to have boards in stock by January 5th. With this ECU upgrade you will have the features of:
  • Up to 4 switchable configurations via remote switch. (Valet/Security, Racefuel, Pumpfuel, etc)
  • ZEM Connectability for real-time tuning and engine management.
  • Ability to switch back to the internal OEM program.(seperate internal switch)
  • A-class or C-class programming available.
So you guys with the 16-bit ECUs are getting a cookie for waiting so long as this new architecture can be better leveraged for more user options and features.

Because of the additional hardware and features available, this upgrade will cost about $150 more or so for a total of about $400US with all the features available. Trimmed down versions will be available for those just looking for a single-program upgrade for ~$350. I will have pricing specifics and available features listed on my site and in classifieds in the next couple of weeks.

Check out the ECU Upgrade page on my website at:

($200 8-bit ECU upgrade GroupBuy still has 2-days left! See link above)

Happy Holidays!
