Message when I was up in Georgia trying to put my Z together. I had very limited internet access and the domain went into expiry. I backordered the name, but unfortunately someone else picked it up.

I've tried contacting this individual: StephenCohen65@hotmail.com

several times to no avail. I just checked ashpowers.com and it too is registered to this individual. Interesting thing is, this person registered both names under fictitious credentials but I believe the email is correct. I've been told by ICANN.ORG that providing fictitious information is actually illegal and I reported this to internic.org. They apparently contacted the registrar and the registrant as just recently the registration information has changed. I tried verifying all of the new information provided for ashleypowers.com and there is nothing at the address listed as per the phone company, the phone number has been disconnected, and there is no Gerald Perkins in Miami, FL. This is the 2nd time fictitious information has been provided to the registrar.

Anyone feel like emailing this StephenCohen65@hotmail.com email account? I've gotten no responses, but apparently that is the only piece of information that is correct as this person was notified of the fact that incorrect information was provided on the registration application and they did change the info. That is the only info that has stayed consistent. I've reported it a second time now for inaccurate data - I'm hoping that the domain will just get deleted so I can get my hands back on it - a few FAQ posts have no images shown because this person swiped the domain name with very clear intentions simply to sit on it. I'm just suprised they haven't replied to my emails.

Any suggestions?
