It was when I had my 928 ( car b4 the TTZ ). I was cruising home late at night on 95 coming back from Miami. Some dumbass in a 5.0 was tailgating me w/his brights on and wouldnt back off even if I changed lanes/slowed down/tapped brakes ect. I finally decided to get rid of him in a way proper to driving an autobahn blaster..pedal to the metal. he vanished on the horizon after 140 and all of a sudden waaay back I saw flashing blues so I backed down to around 70 and the cop finally caught up with me and pulled me over. Asked the standard "do you know how fast you were going? I was going 120mph and I couldnt catch you!" and I told him I was trying to ditch the a-hole in the mustang who had his brights on and kept riding my tail and that my eyes were on the road, not my speedometer ( traffic was extremely light- 2am ). he said "yup, we got him pulled over back aways". All he said was "please keep it slow for the rest of the way home, I dont want to have to scrape you off the pavement later on"...that was it, no ticket, no nothing!!! talk about some luck!
