Message	to spend a little more money get an attorney. I would think they can get it reduced to less than 30 over, you pay the fine, but you do not have a high speed ticket for your record and for the insurance company to see. Also the attorney may even get you a traffic school if you do not have a "history"..... don't we all at one time or another!!!
