Message	the release of this much anticipated product. I have not heard much lately about them, and I was considering a new upgrade for my Z that includes a short throw shifter with the SPL bronze bushings. Could you guys report on your experience with this product since you had it? How is it working for you ? do you like it so far ? are there any side effects you don't like, excess vibration, increased shift effort !?
