Message	: If he had his business as a Corp there is very little you can do to him personally. Not true. There are a ton of things you can do to him personally. Regardless of business laws, if you piss off enough people they'll come after you. At that point it's the laws of physics which apply. I'm willing to bet that a baseball bat can transfer more energy to his legs than his bones are able to take.
