Message I mean like in a accredited learning institution.... not just some "jail house lawyer" mouthing off…
I bring this up because you mentioned talking with attorney general, about the fraud. In general anyone who has a claim about a fraud should let the AG know. They should know that this usually does not get them their money back… but they should still let the AG know.
If anyone who is involved in this should go look up the following types of business Organizations in even the most general law book..
-Sole Proprietorship
-Partnership
-Corporations
-Limited Liability Companies (aka LLC’s)

Now I never had and dealings with George and/or BoostSolutions; but I can tell you this…. If he had his business as a Corp there is very little you can do to him personally. As Chips and Bernie pointed out a the purpose of a Corp is to limit ones personal liability. There is a provision that allows you to go after a real person’s assets, If I recall correctly it is know as “piercing the corporate veil”. This is not an easy thing to do.

Here is something that did come to my mind… not that I think it will get anyone’s money back but it would be one of the first steps, mind you this step only works if in fact BoostSoultions was a Corporation. (I think this is the same in most states, but I am basing this off some Colorado law). When someone creates a Corporation they must resister an agent of the corporation, they are on file with the AG and their address and other sorts of contact info must be updated. If you want to serve BoostSolutions with some sort of notice, you could serve the agent of the Corp. From there you could go after the assets of the Corporation, i.e. any bank account of the Corp. It’s a start and it might not work, but it might….

Everyone should know one thing…. If you really want to do something get a Lawyer.
