So in this case an audit will resolve most of the legal issues. :a magazine publishes that he is an owner doesn't change the legal ownership of the business. How are you going to argue that in court? If a magazine publishes I own Microsoft, does that make it so? :The only way he can be prosecuted is if diverts assets from the corporation to his own personal account.
