Tests may be conducted by the manufacturer. Has the manufacturer done this or any of our CA vendors done this like strictlyz? im not sure on what has or hasnt been done im asking the same question, does anyone know if these are illegal? I also asked about mercedes lights because most of the newer mercedes have clear lenses and an amber bulb...the CHP officer said it was done with "MIRRORS!" Its like magic i guess.
