Message	There are a few exceptions, but really, let's get real - THEY LOVE PULLING over people for speeding and their intent IS NOT TO stop you from speeding. Every ticket I have received NOT ONCE has the officer acted like he cared for my well being. He was only interested in acting tough and giving me my ticket. The two times I went to traffic school were a total joke. They give tickets for the stupidest reasons. UNSAFE driving is the only reason people should receive a traffic ticket. Going 10 over on the freeway with no one there is NOT UNSAFE. Weaving, tailgaiting, reckless (WANTON DISREGARD), speeding on crowded highways, etc - those are reasons. How many times do you hear about the guy who gets a ticket going 10 over on an open road at 5 in the morning? If the system wanted us to obey traffics laws, we would have 65 mph governers in the cars...they don't want us to - they don't care...and more so, they WANT us to break traffic laws. -Dave
