Message	with mandatory governors on road legal vehicles. Then again I also funny how traffic fines are a major source of revenue and knowone wants it to stop, while still posting signs along highways saying "speed kills" etc. What dosn't kill people nowadays, cancer kills, at least their trying to solve that problem. If anyone wants to put a computer in any car i own, or will own, for the sole purpose of taking more of my money to build schools, or roads or whatever, ill sell my house and cars and whatever and move to Fiji.
