Subject	Will bad tension rods cause wheels to be close to bumper?

Message	I noticed one front wheel is closer to the bumper than the other and the tension rod bushings are shot to hell. They're going to be replaced soon with some Nismo bushings. But I'm wondering if that's going to fix that problem too or do I have another problem?
