| : I am running GT28R turbos that were being marketed as "GT25 BB" a copule years back. I downloaded the Garrett catalog and checked out those GT28R turbos. They seem like another good option for our cars. Slightly more powerful than the GT25, less extreme than the GT28RS disco potato. They seem to be around the same flow as the 2530's. Looking at the catalog, they have the same exact turbine wheel as the GT25R turbos, and the same compressor wheel as the GT28RS Disco Potato. Turbo.....Compressor.......Turbine.....Displacement...........HP GT25R.......54.3mm............53mm..........1.4L- 2.2L...........170- 250HP GT28R.......60mm...............53mm..........1.6L- 2.5L...........200- 280 HP GT28RS.....60mm...............53.85mm.....1.8L-2.7L............250- 320 HP By the way, that catalog is filled with all kinds of neat info:
