Message	:ultimately sell and charge labor to install in someone else's car (not to mention the NA parts). Does anyone else find this odd? no shinnanigans. if the customer doesn't say anything, it's usually implied that they are forfeiting the parts. go to a tire place. even if theres tread on the tires, you have to ask to get the old tires back. I see nothing wrong with this practice.
