| I drive to Toronto almost monthly. I never use the radar in Ontario though, they have SpectreIII to detect radar detectors. Pretty much nothing is immune to SpectreIII at this point and time. Positives of SR7
-Sensors look like speed pass sensor (first glance most people don't even recognize it)
-Unit can me mounted even more stealth and have a simple led in dash
-can be wired with remote mute button
-optional amplified speaker, great for when driving with t-tops off and music on.
-like the escort models, can be set to display in pro mode- which can display 8 separate threats with individual visual displays
-like the escort models, can be set to expert mode which gives highest threats exact frequency. Negatives.
-expensive
-long install time
-no nifty arrows
-Escort, won't say anything about whether or not I can upgrade this when a new model comes out.
-Give up a little range because of lower moutned attennas. Sorry, about the long post. I have pics if anyone is considering this model. To give an idea of what it looks like on a Z.
