Look at this mess! :)
I try to start off by letting people decide for themselves which is the right way to go. When they ask for more information as to why I recommend what I do, then I have to give my opinions. And when my opinions don't match what some people think, I have to spend an hour showing how I made my decisions. Why I always have to defend the way I think is beyond me...there's really no point because anyone who has taken the time to actually read nearly everything that has been posted about the issue is more qualified to make an informed decision. I have done it, as have many others. Those people lean a certain way and it's not because of something as trivial as hating or disliking a person. They wish it was that simple.
The thing is, most people here are not mature enough to actually engage in proper discussion about an issue. They gloss right over things that are said and throw in irrelevant anecdotes that mean nothing. It makes my head hurt and confuses the original question. In the end I have to sit back and watch as you sheep buy every tactic that a company hungry for your money throws at you. Hook, line and sinker.
But hey, at the end of the day said people seem to be at peace with their decisions (right or wrong) so at least they are happy =)
In the end: The original point was which chip is technically safer. That has been answered. The rest is fluff.
