I should hope not.

I didn't learn to tune (or know much about tuning) until after I sold the car.
I spoke with Jim on one occasion and I wasn't educated enough at the time to help him help me.

When I own another Z again, I'll definitely burn my own Eprom or use an emulator. I won't drive a car that I can't tune myself.
