Message	Just ignore it, lay low for a few years. When the cops eventually find you and toss you into jail, spend the night in jail. The next morning, plead not guilty and hope the arresting officer has lost interest in your case and doesn't show up for court. This worked for a friend of mine. Or just pay the ticket, incur the higher premiums, and learn a lesson.
