roll bar= bolt on, cage= welded in, and means pretty much disassembling the entire interior of your car. also if you still plan to drive the car on the street, a full 6pt. roll cage isn't very practical. ever driven/rode in a car with a full cage? there's a bar going across each door, about midway up, that makes it next to impossible to get in/out, and also while you're sitting in the driver's seat the bar happens to be at the perfect height for you knee to bang against constantly. on the track, it's hardly even noticeable, when driving to the store it's an entirely different story. bars are easily removable for whatever reason, a cage is pretty much there for the life of the car once installed. a 4pt. bolt in roll bar (autopower, etc) is MORE than adequate
------------------------- Wide open until you see God, then brake. -Rule #1 for owning a Z: Never put anything on your car that can be described as "tight".
