Since you're running Z1 Stage II turbos (which, being larger than stock, will have a slightly colder/more efficient charge than stock turbos), I wouldn't go over 20 or 21 psi. Just to be safe, I'd have some 100+ octane fuel just to make sure that isn't too much for the intercoolers, but I honestly don't think 20 or 21 psi will detonate on stock turbos with those intercoolers. For reference, I would say 18 psi is the limit with stock turbos and stock intercoolers. Also, between runs on the dyno, give the intercoolers PLENTY of time to cool off. I showed a 16rwtq drop off between two runs with no parameters on the engine altered just because the intercoolers were heatsoaked (yes, we had fans blowing on them). Perhaps get a can of compressed air (keyboard cleaner or some other aerosol can) and spray it at the IC's upside down between runs (yes, I know it's technically probably illegal and potentially harmful to the ozone layer, but I don't think a few seconds of it is going to make the difference between us dying of skin cancer or the ozone layer protecting us through the remainder of OUR lives...) FWIW, I ran 20psi on my GT2530's with stock intercoolers and 110 octane fuel (like I said, just to be safe)... no hint of detonation.
