yeah well it sounds like you're fine then, if you think there's a chance you may have to summon him by asking the courthouse, then go ahead but if the ticket is clear that the officer will be there if you go to the plea dealie and plead not guilty then just go with the flow, go to the arraignment, plead not guilty, then they'll set up a court date for you and they should summon the officer etc. at that time. if you aren't sure, just ask someone at the courthouse....then make sure they are summoned...you get the email yet? if the officer isn't there and it's your fault, you have nobody to question. you NEED the officer there.
