see the thing is you don't need to find 11+ mph error, he said you were going EXACTLY a certain MPH, so you find that he "could have" been even 1 mph off because the calibration and what not was not accurate and you get off of it ALL. Get it? they caught you speeding at 85mph. in this case, the word "speeding" is like the word "murder". they would charge you with murdering a particular person, not just anyone. the prosecution can prove that you killed harry and sam, but if the charge is for fred and they have proved that you are a murderer...but not of fred, then you go free. the prosecution can prove you are a person that speeds, but unless they can prove you were going 85 that day in an 55, you go free. K? the stuff is on it's way soon.
