Message I think the original Beetle had been totally out of production since 76? If that's true, as of next year the entire line of the VW Beetle will be deamed 'classic' as a 25 year old car. Lots of nostalgia there. Kinda like there is with the 240Z, 260Z right now. A 6 year production drop from everywhere but Japan (meaning it's still being made somewhere) isn't going to generate the same scenario.

I hate to say it, but selling to make gains of any sort will be cut off when they announce the actual date the thing will be available on showroom floors. Everyone will be way more interested in it then the Z32. Hopefully Nissan can make another hit like the X-Terra. Get them out of debt (of possible) and concentrate on the *real* followup to the Z32. =)
