Something designed for a purpose is good for that purpose. this goes for drag tires, street tires, and track tires. Drag tires would work on the street, they just wont work as well as street tires, then again, it depends on what your doing on the street, and since you want drag tires im guessing its street racing, in which case, buy them, i dont live in oregon anyway, so it dosn't worry me. That being said, I think someone would have to be pretty stupid to run drag tires as street tires... but hey, thats just an opinion.
