In your paper you should compare those who have been ritualized into an "elders" group just like the Gypsies in Europe did it, and there are still people who aren't socialized to the word noob yet (like myself). Has no effect as of yet; however, there is some understanding that it refers to the term used in everyday society: "piece of shit/worthless garbage" :). Oh yeah and talk about how when any animal forms an organized group with certain standards set by it's interpretation of "right"/"wrong", the inevitable conflict of politics arise:).
