Message	the name of the first shop (initials D.C.). They tend to be arrogant and while they do good work, they are not particularly customer friendly. Go with your gut, the shop in Pasadena sounds like acompetent, customer oriented, with a history of doing good work. I'm sure you'll take care of it the best way pssible. Good luck, Mark
