Message	has a low book value, the most anyone would ever pay and that's even involving a judge and wasting tax payers $ is probably 6K, but remember most costruction companies are covered. If the site is a government site you are better off putting it thought your insurance and take the loss. Sorry I don't want to sound negative just realistic. Still letting it all sink in... and loving every minute of it!!
