be better spent elsewhere. The stock ECU can handle most of your tuning needs, and what it can't, one of the reputable vendors here can provide you with a reprogrammed EEPROM for the ECU. If you find yourself in actual need of a stand-alone, personally i'd think you better off to hold out until Ash gets his other priorities taken care of and can get you a zemulator. And, the zem is only about $600, created by a z guy for our cars in particular. But this is really all i know from the top of my head, and unless verified, i could be completely wrong even :-/ Hope this helps, John
