Him for trying to make some money off of it. Dealers around here sell them for $15-$18 (I called around for my black one). So for him to charge $20 isn't exactly a crime. On such a low dollar item, you have to charge a higher percentage on it to make a worthwhile profit when you're not the one making it. Sure, you can get them from Courtesy for cheaper but you can't hold everyone to Courtesy prices. They are the rock bottom. The smart shopper will go there for that particular part. I think emailing him outright and saying "you're ripping people off" was a bit much bro. Just my thoughts...
