| that. I paid SUPER high ins for 15 years without a single claim and then a deer HIT ME and it cost $2200 to repair. Then they tried to short change me and not fix some stuff and then tried to raise my rates because of it. I went to my agent's and went freaking off. I had paid them over $10,000 since I had been with them and now when I actually need what I was paying for, they want to raise my rates? What a load of crap! What a job. "ok, you give me tons of money to hold for you in case you need it and then when you need a little of it I will charge you to use it." They held my rates and let it go, but mostly because my family had tons of stuff with them. If I had been just someone with a house and car - they would have told me to blow if I did not like it.
