Subject	Rebuild ?, Is balancing Rot. assembly Necessary?

Message	I just upgraded my pistons to wiseco .020 overs and bored the block. Machine shop doesent know anything about balancing the rotating assembly, Is this necessary. Will this damage my engine or mess something up? How much does this usually cost if its needed? Thanx Captain, Team of Honesty....
