Message	your components. My system has an incredibly wide sound stage that images nicely between the rearview mirror and dash. True, the mids are a little off axis, but that position also lends them to be nearly equidistant from your ears which does wonders for time alingment. Tweeters in the kick panels, as ironic as the position may be, did a lot to bring my soundstage up higher as well. The Z's tight footwells do make it a challenge, but not impossible.
