Whether it be at a dealer or any shop. This is who is going to burn you or fix your problem for a fair price. Find a good tech and stick with this person and only let this person repair your car. I have worked with people I would never let lay a hand on my car. If they dont know what there doing it will usually cost more and probably not get repaired correctly. You printed directions for shock replacment? If I took my car to a dealer they had better know how to replace shocks or I would have never even thought of taking my car back there for the repair. If I thought I had to print directions for them to do it! Pfftt. No way.. Its not the dealer or shop its the person doing the work that matters. There are hacks and parts hangers everywhere you just need to find a good honest tech and stick with him.
