and tell them everything you just wrote in a polite but obviously disappointed manner. (Also try to write everything down later, conversations, etc. while it's still fresh in your mind in case you have to pursue this at another level). Tell the mgr. what you would like to have done. i.e. free water pump, alignment, etc. If he seems reluctant to make some concessions, mention the bbb and complaining to Nissan USA, then follow-thru with it if you don't get the situation resolved. Most reputable dealers will do what they can to rectify a situation like you described with obvious negligence (tires). I've had a similar situation with a dealership and shoddy workmanship and went back several days later, relayed the problems that I experienced to the general manager (not Service manager - go to the highest level possible) firmly but politely, and got the problem resolved. Might work for you.
