Message i was always curious on how people conduct transactions over ebay when purchasing a vehicle. say that everything looks great in the description and the pictures, but what happens if you actually go to pick it up and its not exactly what you expected? for example, say the ad states that the car runs 'perfectly'. however when you go to pick it up, you hear a faint valve tap, slight misfire, etc. is the purchaser entitled to back out of the deal and get the deposit back? i mean, the seller's definition of 'running great' may not always equal the buyer's definition. i've never really purchased anything too expensive over ebay and was curious if anyone has ever purchased a vehicle this way. anyway thanks in advance to your thoughts...
