Message	[ http://www.chasecam.com/cg-lock.htm ] It's a little locking device that keeps your lapbelt from loosening. Other folks like them, I haven't tried it yet. For $35, you can't go too wrong. I hope you find the harness info you need. Lots of the faster autocrossers down here run a harness and I'd like to experiment with one some time.
