Message	you were in class at the time in question. Also ask a couple of other students that saw you there to write a note explaining the same thing. Have them notorized and take them to your court date. I'm sure if you were in class and I'm not doubting you were, then your testimony and corraborating info from the Prof and other students should make this a no brainer for the judge. I'd also find out who filed the report and then kick their A _ _!!!!!!!! Good Luck!
