Most multiplates are noisy as the plates are free floating when the pressure plate is not applying pressure to them, and the engine is spinning them around causing them to rattle in their locating tabs on the flywheel. Some clutches, however, have antirattle thingies in them. One such brand that has this in it is the Exedy multiplate. Check it out on their site. Honestly, though, I'm quite fond of the rattle.... it's a sort of "Get Bent" sound.
