Message	Well as you have guessed, my next direction is to concentrate on the Z’s engine compartment with a little “bling bling.” Jodecy and all the other TT.net members who have cleaned up their engine bays are the inspiration behind this. I have been looking at the various different intercooler hardpipes and am trying to make a decision based on the best value to quality ratio. I know it’s just cosmetic, but do I want to spend more than I have to? Any personal feedback would be very informative and helpful to me and all the members looking to upgrade. BTW, I can foresee the general consensus will be that Scott’s and Smithy’s are the best quality, but are they the best value? Well here are the contenders and the information I was able to extract from them. 1) HKS ~ $330 - $415 polished and bead rolled aluminum hardpipes available with blue w/ red inner silicone couplers only! 2) Smithy’s Place ~ $390 (220 UK$) polished 316 SS hardpipes with straight or bead rolled ends SFS Performance three ply silicone couplers available in black, red, blue or yellow & a 12 month warranty! 3) Scott Smith’s ~ $325 - $350 chrome plated and bead rolled steel hardpipes Turbohoses 2 ply reinforced couplers available in black, blue and red & t-bolt clamp option for an extra $40 4) Z1 Motorsports ~ $250 polished and bead rolled aluminum hardpipes available with black, blue or red Z1 logo reinforced silicone couplers & T-bolt SS clamp option for an extra $50 5) Top Speed Performance ~ $240 polished and bead rolled aluminum hardpipes Hose Techniques silicone couplers available in black only!
