You would be in the ballpark to run a 10 rear with a +45 offset. Since they don't have it, I'd do a 9 or 9.5" rear with a +38 or +40 offset, either is fine. For the front, you could do 9" again with the same offset, but most people who buy these wheels are for looks so they like staggered setups. If you use an 8" in the front, I would use a lower offset, like the +38, you could probably get away with a low +30ish offset and have your wheels closer to being flush with your front fender.
