Message	guilt. They don't supply a program for their applications, they just build a product to a particular spec. That is about all. The programs for the ECU's are the responsibility of the ECU programers (ie. JWT, Z1, GMS, Boost Solutions, etc.) that originally developed them. It sucks for the programmers...no doubt about that. It is not the programmers fault at all but you'll be hard pressed to have Nismo stick their head into a ECU R&D for a mistake like this. It sucks for the programmers so I say we cut them a little slack and give them the chance to develop something for their existing customers.
