:It is a LONG story, I will try and keep it short. I usually don't post things of this nature, but this is by far the WORST thing I have ever seen a vendor do. I purchased my PE 1420's from chip a little over a year ago. They would not hold any amount of boost steadily. I send them back to chip(pulling the motor again) for him to fix. Installed them again and the exact same thing. It was not the wastegate hitting the downpipes, all clearences where good. EVERYTHING was checked. Even through all of this I was supportive of chip and the PE's because he had agreed to credit me back. They sat on the car for about 6 months because of a lack of time/money. I was buying a house, just got married, ect. I sent them back in *like new* condition, for I inspected them before I sent them. I even marked them to make sure I could tell they where mine(We will see). The day he got them he inspected them and sent them to his turbo guy and emailed me. He said when my turbo guy inspects them and gives the OK I will credit you back. He then sent me an email saying they where the worst turbo's he has ever seen. The housings where scratched, ect, ect.. He will not credit me back one penny. He has lied to me MANY times. He has told me on many occasions he was in the process of crediting me back. Now he won't do a single thing. If they where in such bad shape when he recieved them, why wouldn't he have said anything? People who know me know I wouldn't lie about a situation like this. All of the utah guys know the condition of the turbo's when they where sent. Even if I get nothing in return I would not want ANYONE to deal with such a horrible person/vendor. I wanted to do this in public so people would be aware. If the allegations are true, that is ridiculous behavior by a vendor.
